At Polyformes Ltd, we utilise a number of different materials to protect your contents. Working alongside our foam partners Zote Foams, Sealed Air Corporation, O.K Company S.A and Sekisui Alveo, our materials are used across a number of industries including aviation, medical, automotive, electronics and much more.

Polyethylene Foams

Polyethylene is closed-cell foam which provides a resistance to water as well as strength and rigidity. Available in a huge selection of colours and densities, polyethylene foams offer excellent shock absorption and vibration dampening for use across a number of different applications.

At Polyformes, our core business is working closed cell flexible polyethylene foam, with many years of experience with closed-cell foams, we can provide you with foam solutions for your industry and commerce.

We utilise a number of different materials including Plastazote, Ethafoam, Zotek-N, Stratocell, Alveolit and more. From our location in Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire, we have been working with clients across the UK and Europe for more than four decades.

Foams Designed For Recycling

In addition to our range of core foam materials, we also work with recyclable foams ideal for use in packaging, thermal management, flotation and more. We are the exclusive UK distributor of ARPLANK, a material made from 25% recycled material and, in turn, can be 100% recycled.
