Our commitment to quality is demonstrated by the SGS authority approval and ISO 9001 certification which we have held since 1994. In 1993 Polyformes gained NATO's highest quality standard, AQAP1, registered as complying with the QA requirements of NATO for an Industrial Quality Control Program. We are an approved supplier to the MOD and many of its sub-contracters including many aircraft, automotive and defence companies with their own stringent quality systems.
We have made a commitment to work towards investing effectively in all of our employees both internally and with external agencies to ensure an unbiased understanding of general commercial and industrial quality procedures and requirements as well as a complete understanding of the particular requirements of the foam conversion industry.

With a Quality Assurance Manager and a Quality Technician leading the Divisional Supervisors QA training within a continuous QA Circle, inspection and quality are ongoing procedures within Polyformes. All processes are step-checked from the moment the raw material is pulled, every operation having a sign-off correct and a sign-on received correct for dimension, material, quantity and drawing issues before commencing the next level of production. Prior to factory issue, the order or contract would have been reviewed subject to style of requisition and ordering authority, ensuring that initial instructions are submitted correctly to Operations.
