We are able to profile large foam blocks across a bed 2 metres x 2 metres, into any 2-dimensional profile. This CNC machine is ideal for producing very large pieces, or a table full of medium foam shaped parts directly from a layer of foam sheets. Cutting a range of densities makes it suitable for Plastazote shapes, Ethafoam pieces, Stratocell and Evazoten items.
By producing cutters created specifically to achieve final foam shapes, we are able to cut a variety of angles, radii and curves. |
