This is because of its excellent physical properties. Unlike other foams, it is not chemically blown, so there are no residues to contaminate objects. It is a pure inert foam with a fantastically uniform cell structure which gives it superb stability. Available in white, black and a range of colours, it is odorless and uv stable, waterproof and lightweight |

Polyformes manufactures any size or shape of parts you may require. As well as sheets and cut pieces, we produce bespoke channeled blocks to take large picture frames or small glass slides. These can be used for in situ storage and display, or within containers for transit.
We also supply transit containers with a choice of lightweight aluminum alloy cases, robust flight cases (ply with facing or astraboard), and the world famous Explorer cases which come in a standard range of sizes. |
