Zotek high performance foams - Grades F, N & S
Zotek Foams are manufactured using the unique high-pressure nitrogen gas solution process from fluooropolymers (Zotek F), engineering polymers (Zotek N) and speciality elastomers (Zotek S). All are closed cell lightweight foams.

The Zotek F foam range is based on the fluoropolymer Kynar ® PVDF. This remarkable material offers a unique balance of properties—UV and chemical resistance and high temperature performance combined with superb flammability performance. - See more

The Zotek N foam range is based on the engineering thermoplastic polyamide. Polyamide is particularly resistant to swelling by hydrocarbons such as oils and the main benefits also include thermal and chemical resistance. Owing to its thermoplastic nature, complex shapes can be economically fabricated. - See more

The Zotek S foam range is based on speciality silicone elastomers which have a very high temperature resistance and low smoke and low toxicity in its burning behaviour. - See more
Zotek foam applications - Zotek foams are used in the aviation and aerospace industries as insulation on interior linings and side panels, door seals and insulation, moulded insulation tubes and covers in galley areas, underlay, window seals, thermal blankets.
In the construction industry Zotek is used as panel insulation, seals, gaskets, filler blocks, roofing kerb sealing etc.
Zotek materials are also used in the semiconductor and electronics sectors and medical applications include pharmaceutical clean room use.
