| The nominal density range of these microcellular foams, known as PE or XPE for high quality polyethylene and CO or XVA for ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer foams, is 25kg/m3 to 300kg/m3 and can be supplied in a range of colours including black, white, anthracite, grey, red, yellow, green and blue. Other colours can be made to order subject to requirement. Flame retardant and anti-static varieties can also be supplied.
The microcellular foams are highly energy absorbent, have low water absorption properties, good thermal insulating properties, good weathering, generally chemically inert with good thermoforming properties.
