At Polyformes Ltd, we utilise a number of different materials to protect and transport your contents. Working alongside our foam partners Zote Foams, Sealed Air Corporation, O.K Company S.A and Sekisui Alveo, our materials are used across a number of industries including aviation, medical, automotive, electronics and much more. Polyethylene Foams

Polyethylene is closed-cell foam which provides a resistance to water as well as strength and rigidity. Available in a huge selection of colours and densities, polyethylene foams offer excellent shock absorption and vibration dampening for use across a number of different applications.

Closed-Cell Foams

At Polyformes, our core business is working closed cell flexible polyethylene foam, with many years of experience with closed-cell foams, we can provide you with foam solutions for your industry and commerce.

We utilise a number of different materials including Plastazote, Ethafoam, Zotek-N, Stratocell, Alveolit and more. From our location in Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire, we have been working with clients across the UK and Europe for more than four decades.

Plastazote

Plastazote is one of the most commonly used closed-cell foam materials. As part of the Azote foams family, Plastazote can be easily shaped and cut for a number of different industries. Plastazote foam is a product used everyday including in swimming pools for floats and buoyancy aids, as waterslide mats, surfboards, pool toys, sleeping mats, gym and exercise mats.

Ethafoam

Ethafoam is a non-cross-linked, expanded polyethylene foam which is ideal for all types of packaging due to it being lightweight and extremely flexible and its ability to resist constant shocks. Ethafoam is commonly utilised across

Foams Designed For Recycling

In addition to our range of core foam materials, we also work with recyclable foams ideal for use in packaging, thermal management, flotation and more. We are the exclusive UK distributor of ARPLANK, a material made from 25% recycled material and, in turn, can be 100% recycled.

Our recyclable foam materials can be engineered in the same way as all of our other materials whilst still maintaining their sustainability including printing, moulding, laser cutting, waterjet cutting and more.
