We work with a number of different foam partners including JSP (ARPLANK), Zote Foams, Sealed Air Corporation, O.K Company S.A and Sekisui Alveo and our foam materials are available in a number of different colours and densitiesto meet the needs of your business and clients.

Aviation Foams

At Polyformes we have lots of experience designing and producing foam materials for the aerospace and aircraft industry. Our polyethylene foam is frequently used throughout the interior of an aircraft including seating, soft trim areas and more. Special flame retarded grades can also be used to meet the requirements of our clients.

Medical Foams

Our closed-cell foams are commonly used throughout the medical industry for support & protection including in orthotics, prosthetics, podiatrics, wheelchair pads and hip protector pads. We have been working with hospitals and medical companies throughout the UK for many years.

Marine Foams

Polyformes is one of the UKs leading foam manufacturers, suppliers and converters to the marine and flotation industry. Foam buoyancy aids have great advantages over inflatables as they will not puncture, and unlike polystyrene, will not break or come apart. When participating in active water-sports such as water-skiing or jet-skiing, the foam retains its shape, cushioning and buoyancy properties whatever impact there might be.

Automotive Foams

In addition to marine and flotation foams, we work with a number of automotive manufacturers in the UK and Europe. There are many areas within the vehicle where foam components are used for damping and sealing applications as well as mechanics comfort mats and kneelers to protect knees, elbows and backs and ensure productivity doesn't suffer.
