Fabrics, textiles and some papers and foils can be combined to various foams in order to give a single or double sided covering to parts. Digitally controlled, our flat bed splitters cut sheets from foam blocks. For better customer pricing we optimise yields and can cut any thickness you require from 0.8mm upwards. We cut all densities of foam block from the 15kg/m3 softer materials to the almost wood-like 300kg/m3 foam. |

| Water-jet cutting is one of the most suitable processes for 2 dimensional foam parts. It is precise, it is neat and with the facility to cut foam blocks to a size of 4 metres x 2 metres, it offers vast possibilities for industry and commerce. Tight radii, square cornering and intricate cutting pose no problem at all. Polyformes multi-program facility enables us to optimise material yields by nesting of same or mixed components. |
