Gym mats for general exercising and aerobics, yoga mats and poolside leisure mats are a large part of Polyformes business. In a choice of Plastazote or Evazote, with a variety of foam colours available at whatever size suits - mini, small, medium, large, super. We manufacture folding mats, hanging mats, sit-mats that almost fit into your back pocket.
Other health and leisure pe foam products include Ethafoam and closed cell foam Rollers, full round and half rounds - part exercise tool and part medical aid for relaxing and stretching leg and hip muscles.

Toys & Educational Foam Products

As well as exercise and health, Polyformes produces fun and educational foam items for many companies including junior swim club fun floats, quoit sets, and counting mats.
Plastazote packs showing colour and density varieties for cut out and stick lessons are supplied to companies involved in the toy and educational fields. These are used for the fun aspect but also for scientific investigation and material source and use projects.
Whilst neither a toy nor wholly educational, Plastazote foams have been used within professional footballs used in the English Premiership, adding stability, durability and cold-weather performance.
