Job Title: Field Sales Executive (Full-Time)

Job Summary

The Group's businesses, Polyformes Ltd and PSP (UK) Ltd, which currently have a combined annual turnover in excess of £6.5m and employ 80 staff, are seeking to expand its field based sales team and now requires a commercially minded individual to generate new business and increase existing customer spend.

As the UK's leading foam converter (Polyformes) and leading suppliers of composite packaging for the Defence and Aerospace markets amongst others (PSP), the Group has an outstanding market reputation for competitive and reliable packaging solutions and customer service.

As a valued member of the Sales Team you will be responsible for achieving challenging sales targets by developing long-term client relationships. New business generation is a key goal and the ability to identify and secure new business from key clients will be a major part of this role. You will need to be a highly organised, self motivated individual accustomed to working independently and as part of a team.

The successful candidate would ideally have proven sales experience in the foam and packaging industry, preferably with some engineering aptitude. Excellent organisational skills, a highly presentable manner, self-discipline and self-motivation will be required for this role.

The successful candidate will be field based but will be expected to report to our Leighton Buzzard Head Office on a weekly basis. Full, clean UK driving license is required.
