Finishing processes for closed cell foams

Finishing of pe foam goods takes many forms and can involve multiple operations, some automatic, some mechanical and some basic old fashioned experienced hand work! With a programmable robot arm, many of the time consuming and mundane operations have been taken over with a common consistency throughout the foam run.

Hot blades or tables put final grooves and scrolled channels in place. Commercial, high value and cosmetic products often require a heat finish to give that extra sparkle to the foam.
