| Polyformes routs more Plastazote foam inserts than any other UK company utilizing the highest number of routing heads. As well as a series of 2 head foam routers with piggy back heads, we also have an 8 head machine which can rout 8 foam inserts at once, or 2 separately programmed sets of 4 parts. The whole of the bed can be turned over to allow for one large foam block whereby heads can rout the pockets of the same insert at the same time. |

| We constantly invest in new technology and our most recent foam routing machine is a 2-head European model. Each head has an 8 tool auto-changer allowing for a greater roughing out speed and allowing for additional bevels or rounded pockets without the need to change cutters or machine beds. |
