Polyformes was formed in 1977 with the aim of being a specialist in polyethylene foam conversion. From our original 2000 sq ft factory, we now operate from a 55000 sq ft site, with a main manufacturing unit of 30000 sq ft.


Polyformes' continual investment in R & D, machinery and staff ensure that we combine the most advanced production processes with traditional manufacturing methods for optimum efficiency leading to total customer satisfaction from concept to completion.

Working in partnership with customers and raw material suppliers brings a full understanding of clients needs and allows us to offer products and services continually above standard.

To complement our foam products we also offer a range of transit cases. We are the UK'S official distributor of Explorer Cases. Virtually indestructable, waterproof and dustproof, Explorer Cases provide the ideal solution for any equipment requiring a high level of protection. Cushioning foam inserts to suit every type and size of product are made to suit.
